Each episode features footage, expert insights and never-before-seen discoveries, taking viewers on explorations such as the search for 6,000-pound great white sharks in New Zealand, investigations into shark behaviours and feeding frenzies, and deep-sea dives to find the elusive Japanese angel shark. The series also delves into expeditions uncovering WWII shipwrecks in shark-infested waters, research into newly identified species of hammerhead sharks, and chilling analyses of shark attacks captured through underwater photography and historical archives.
The lineup combines cutting-edge technology, expert research, and high-adrenaline action, offering a fresh perspective on shark science and conservation. Shark Week kicks off on Sunday with 6000lb Shark and Great White Danger Zone. Monday takes audiences deep into the unknown with Alien Sharks: Ghosts of Japan and Sharktopia. On Tuesday, the focus shifts to intense predator activity with Belly of the Beast: Bigger & Bloodier and Shark Frenzy Mating Games. Wednesday presents the terrifying realities of shark encounters in Deadliest Bite and Caught! When Sharks Attack. Thursday’s episodes explore history and mythology with Expedition Unknown: Shark Wrecks of WWII and Shark God Island. On Friday, researchers investigate rare species in Monster Hammerheads: Species X and Mothersharker: Hammer Time. The week concludes on Saturday with epic predator battles in Jaws Vs Leviathan and Makozilla.
