Visitors can meet the GatesAir team to explore the latest trends in over-the-air TV and radio broadcasting and how broadcasters are modernising transmission infrastructure for the future.

GatesAir returns to CABSAT 2026 with transmission solutions

GatesAir will return to CABSAT 2026 to showcase its latest over-the-air television and radio broadcasting technologies and engage with broadcasters across the Middle East and wider MEASA region.

The company will exhibit during CABSAT 2026, which will take place from May 4–6 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai. GatesAir’s participation will focus on the evolving requirements of terrestrial broadcasters and the technologies being used to modernise transmission infrastructure.

At the event, GatesAir plans to meet customers, partners and industry professionals to discuss developments in over-the-air broadcasting, infrastructure upgrades, network expansion and operational efficiency. The company will also highlight technologies designed to support broadcasters as they modernise their transmission networks and prepare for future standards and services.

GatesAir’s portfolio spans television and radio transmission, as well as audio transport and monitoring. Its product range includes Maxiva digital TV and DAB+ transmitters, Flexiva FM transmitters and Intraplex audio transport solutions. The company also offers AirWatch365, a monitoring and analytics platform designed to provide visibility into broadcast operations.

GatesAir’s current portfolio includes the Maxiva XTE, a next-generation exciter supporting multiple TV and DAB/DAB+ radio standards. The company also offers the Intraplex IP Link MPXp, which transports FM MPX composite signals over IP, and Flexiva FM transmission technologies aimed at improving efficiency and flexibility in radio operations.

The company has increasingly focused on technologies that help broadcasters reduce operating costs while maintaining reliability. Its portfolio includes high-efficiency transmission platforms and solutions designed to simplify network management, support scalable deployments and improve the use of existing infrastructure.

The company’s presence at CABSAT comes as broadcasters across the region assess infrastructure investments amid changes in terrestrial television and radio distribution. GatesAir said its team at the show will be available to discuss individual requirements and potential approaches to upgrading or expanding broadcast networks.

GatesAir has operated in the broadcast transmission industry for more than a century and says its technologies are deployed by broadcasters in more than 185 countries. Its portfolio covers transmission and signal-transport requirements for both television and radio, supported by service and technical teams operating across multiple regions.

CABSAT 2026 will be held at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai from May 4–6. The event marks CABSAT’s move to the new venue and will feature exhibitors and technologies spanning broadcast, media, satellite and professional AV. The exhibition will run from 10am to 5pm on May 4 and 5, and from 10am to 4pm on May 6.

With its CABSAT participation, GatesAir will use the Dubai event to connect with regional broadcasters and demonstrate how its transmission, transport and monitoring technologies can support the next phase of over-the-air TV and radio infrastructure.
